JOB DETAILS
• Conduct quality assurance inspection in all electrical and installation activities related to: • Safety function test of Main Engine, Main Generator and Emergency Generators, MSBD, ESBD,
• Installation and testing of Ship's tank sensors, Alarm Monitoring System (AMS), Navigational System, Power System, Lighting System, Fire and General Alarm Systems, Communication Systems, Automation and Cable Installation with Owners representative and Class Society Surveyors.
• Witnessing and documenting all testing and inspection with Owner's representative and Class surveyors.
• Conducting inspections for all electrical and navigational equipments deliveries at Wharehouse.
• Conducting inspections according to test procedures, and ITP.
• Attending weekly/monthly Meeting with the Owners representative, Class Surveyors and the Production part.
• Preparation of inspection and test plans including check sheets, testing devices as required by the building specifications, regulations, builder's standard and other necessary requirements in coordination with the concerned production part to avoid rejections and cancellations of inspections.
• Record and update final inspection results into the computerized on-line system as soon as possible and compile all the necessary documents approved by the inspector, owner and/or classification surveyor
• Ensuring that all equipments used are calibrated and with valid certificates.
• Attending sea trials.
• In charge of owner & class Non-conformity Reports (NCR) and comments during inspection and seatrial.
• Making Patrol reports, weekly inspection monitoring and self-inspect before final inspection of the eqiupments.
• Review type approve and individual certicifates of the materials and equipments.
• Perform duties related to requirements of ISO 9001:2008
