• Manage traffic to executive office
• Negotiate on requested quotations from international & Local suppliers
• Purchasing goods & supplies for new projects
• Monitoring all money transfers
•Shipping & clearance of purchased supplies
• Managing all incoming mails and redirecting them accordingly
• Follow up on new projects (supplies, payments, work progress, spot check…)
• Communicating work between project managers & architects/Designers
• Organize all archive & office documents
• Making monthly reports relating to projects, restaurants & residences
• Property Management (related to Owners' residences )
• Follow up on maintenance for all restaurants & outlets
• Follow up on all cost issues
