Roles & Responsibilities:
• Designing, Modeling, and managing BIM deliverables (Shop drawings, Red Line drawings, As Built) for the Seven stadiums in Qatar and other projects from KSA, Oman.
• Co-ordination works pertaining to MEP services, Architecture & Structural discipline
• Navisworks Walkthrough, Clash Check and Render images for the Stadiums.
• Regular meeting with the Client, attending design workshops with Architects, Design consultant and other Contractors to coordinate the workflows
• Develop and bring innovation to existing BIM operations internally
• Prepare, manage and organize Shop Drawings, design data, and BIM documentations for clients
• Solve site discrepancies and issue RFIs and obtain replies from client/consultant.
• Involved and assisted in model creation and design drawings
• Advise and provide technical assistance to team members relating to BIM and Clash detection
• Ensured in maintaining required modeling standards and abide contractual documents
• Perform project analysis, costing and time schedules for model creation, technology implementation and project delivery
• Attend site meetings (interface, progress) with the client/consultant and other project stakeholders to maintain the coordination.
• Support in the development of templates, standards, settings and production of company and project BIM manual
• Research, test, validate and teach latest software and technology options related to Construction and BIM
industry to my team
• Oversee and support on-site, integration into BIM and software suites with various consultants, contractors and client representatives
• Work with project teams to analyze design feasibility and changes required during construction
• Involved as Document Controller in submitting all the letters, IRWs, IRMs, RFIS, Financial invoices etc. via EDRMS.
• Finalize and define the Scope of Work and issue work orders with final quantities and cutting lists to the factory for
fabrication and issue material requisitions to procurement department.
• Involved as a Site Engineer for the Racing and Equestrian Club Project.
