 Overall responsible of Central Stores operation as well as Sub-stores located in Pan oman like Safah, Adam, Haima, Nimar, Marmul & Khazzan- BP locations etc.
 Ensuring Order planning, inventory management, warehouse supervision, budget controls on parts planning, which includes Spare parts dispatches to sub stores.
 Ensuring Daily Periodical perpetual Physical Stock Counts are conducted and updated in ERP by the respective store keepers - Microsoft NAV for proper inventory control on daily basis.
 Ensure stores Manager is monitoring the inventory levels -Successful Implementation of Min, Max & Re order levels process in the ERP System.
 Regular visits to all sub-stores and monitoring the activities related to stores.
 Coordinating with Procurement department for expediting the Orders on time which includes arranging inspection of Materials by the Technical/QA/QC departments.
 Maintain Stores Staff job results by training, counselling, planning, monitoring and disciplining employees.
 Ensuring updates on GRN, MIN, Stock Ledger, MIS Request - Stock, consumption, materials arrival, and site returned statements.
 Preparing & Submission of Weekly & Monthly stores Report for Central Stores and Sub-Stores to the chairman of the company.

 To Guide, direct, manage, control, develop, Implement & monitor business plans and all operational activities of the Spare Parts division for TASNL, Pan Nigeria.  Turnkey responsibility to deliver targeted profits from Parts procurement & Parts sales for different product ranges of TATA mainly for Commerical & Passenger range of products for both domestic market including branches and export demands.  Creates annual parts development goals & budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial & operational objectives and effective inventory & supplier relationship management.  Ensuring Order planning, inventory management, warehouse supervision, budget controls on parts planning, counter and outdoor sales supervision which includes Spare parts marketing also.  Ensure Spare Parts campaigns & other marketing activities are conducted in line with market to enhance customer satisfaction on Tata Spare parts Quality & Price perception.  Handle key account management (KAM) customers including consignments stocks planning, and receivables.  Establish TATA authorized exclusive channel Partners (Spare Parts retailers/TASS centers & Dealers) across Pan Nigeria as per the Annual budget plan which includes carrying out the operations with the existing channel partners.
Key Achievements:-  Achieved above 60% growth YOY & managed to liquidate Non- Moving stock by 50%.  Appointed exclusive channel partners - More than 20 Spare Parts retailers/10 TASS Centers & 5 dealers across PAN Nigeria in 2016-2019.  Was instrumental in achieving above 90% score in the independent Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted for parts by Tata motors Limited in the year 2019.
