 Managing site installation, testing, and commissioning works with assigned sub-contractors.
 Coordinating with MEP and civil contractors for site clearance to push the installation and Testing commissioning works.
 Reporting the site progress and involved in meetings with stake holders, clients, consultants, and MEP contractors.
 Review monthly revenue, billing, and drive to achieve project schedule and financial targets.
 Ensure that all Construction activity is managed through the life cycle of the project from detailed requirement generation,
development, integration right through the project. Report to Operation Leader.

 LUSAIL COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD - stretching along a 1.3-Kilometer-long Road featuring 18 spacious buildings. The
development is by Lusail Real Estate Development Company (LREDC). MEP scope consists of 650 million, executed by
Voltas, Qatar and ELV system contracts of 49 million is awarded to Honeywell.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - ELV MANAGER :
ELV Manager reporting to the General Manager / Director - Operations, for all ELV systems (BMS, GRMS, Fire Alarm, Public Address system, GRMS, lighting controls system, Audio Visual system, Digital signage, CCTV, Access controls, Structure cabling, IP networking, Wireless, Hybrid Telephony, IPTV etc.) of all Ongoing Projects.
Leading a team of Engineers in ELV department for design, engineering, construction, testing & commissioning works.
Design & Detail Engineering for ELV System consisting of assisting to prepare the scope of work documents as per the design basis, specification & contract drawings for ELV System suppliers bidding.
Assisting to prepare Detail Quantity Surveying for finalizing the Bill of Quantities for all System above.
Reviewing the supplier quotation against the Technical scope for finalization.
Negotiating with the supplier to reach the project individual system budget and finalization.
Reviewing of Material submittal, Technical Submittal, Shop drawings, Engineering documents, and panel wiring & termination drawings for submitting for consultant approval as per the project specs.
Discussing the submittals with consultant to get system approvals.
Assisting in Ordering the material as per the quantity take off & BOQ.

Gosi Hilton Hotel - Garnada
The Hilton Worldwide today announced the signing of a Management Agreement with Saudi Arabia's Granada Investment Centre established by General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) for the first Hilton branded property in Riyadh. Located on Riyadh's Eastern Ring Road, a major corridor linking King Khalid International Airport with the downtown area, the new-build Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will feature two towers; a 20-storey 480-room hotel tower, and a 14-storey tower with 350 hotel apartments.

Unistar scope of works includes Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Handing over of Electro-Mechanical including ELV system. The total Electro-Mechanical package is approx. 400 Million SAR ($ 107 Milo).
The ELV package is 58 Million SAR ($ 15.5 Milo) includes BMS, GRMS, lighting controls system, Audio Visual system, Digital signage, Structure cabling, IP networking, Wireless, Hybrid Telephony, Fire Alarm, Public Address system, GRMS, CCTV, Access controls, IPTV etc.

The King Abdullah Foundation Project is building a headquarters complex in Riyadh The buildings included on the site are: 5-star Luxury Hotel (Sofitel), Convention Center, Office Building, Mosque & Imam House. The foundation was established by the royal order. The foundation will be seeking LEED certification for its complex.

Unistar scope of works includes Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Handing over of Electro-Mechanical including ELV system. The total Electro-Mechanical package is approx. 280 Million SAR ($ 74 Milo).

PROJECT BRIEF : The In-flight and Commercial Catering Center is a state of the art, 65000 sq meter 3- storey facility that will serve Qatar Airways in addition to over 25 international airlines. The facility will prepare approximately 70, 000 meals per day, providing food, beverage and in-flight services to over 200 flights per day. In addition, the facility will also include a profit center to provide 12000 meals per day as a part of a commercial catering and laundry service for non-airport clients.

The Security & Surveillance System consists of detection of intruder in the area, Controlled Entrances for restricted entry for authorized persons and Indoor & Outdoor Security with CCTV System.
