Completed a bank wide process mapping exercise as Re-engineer, Consolidate & Standardize Key revenue impacting processes, optimize the technology platform. Process scope: Operations, Wholesale Payments, Retail Loans, CASA & Treasury
Re-designed & Centralized Remittance process from 53 branches to a scan & image based central processing model.
Successfully moved from SWIFT alliance to SWIFT lite2 on could - Pioneering effort in Kuwait.
Change Mgmt, Management Information & Internal Control

Designed & Implemented the Swift Remittance processes within the core banking application.
Led the Pioneer “We Promise” campaign at Gulf Bank and achieved break through cycle time improvements in customer facing delivery of Remittances, credit cards, Debit cards and Consumer loans.
