Participate in technical discussion and later involve in developing design drawings and calculations with respect to Civil, Structural and Piping engineers for design inputs, assist in quantifying area calculation for billing purpose, verifying measurement sheet for processing vendor payments, accountable for handling feed valuation and drawing submission, assuring the closure of design review with proponent solution proposal for additional change proposed by Civil Department, update master drawings and check it in line with the best domain practice, Regular site visits to understand changes in design needs.
Prepared 2D & 3D presentations for apparel buildings, complex building projects and analyzing technical implications of architect's design concepts, provided all civil engineering detailed drawings with establishment’s technical team for Pakistan and Indian representatives. Updated the electronic work bench drawing Register.
Obtained and assembled data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary to draw detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, roof trusses, Interior lay out and plan for commercial buildings, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.
