• Primary duties and responsibilities of T.G.I. Friday’s Food Server include taking orders and serving food and drinks while obliging to fulfill every need of customers in a very friendly and polite manner
• They also need to greet customers as they enter or leave the restaurant, provide an-swers to customer service related questions, and provide helpful suggestions to cus-tomers with regards to food, drinks, and excellent customer service.
• Food Servers must also efficiently relay all food orders to the kitchen and or service bar through the POS terminal. They also have to present customers the check and ac-cept payment, make correct change or complete the appropriate change card system.
• As a service crew in Jollibee, you must always be jolly, attentive and fast, you must ensure that the customers are satisfied in your service....providing effective and ex-ceptional service to customer's and of course you must always maintain your station clean and organize according to Jollibee standards.
