Strictly follow company policy for processes and procedures.
· Prepare daily shipment planning and scheduling using Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
· Optimizing fleets for the company across Saudi Arabia & Gulf
Countries.
· Functional OTM user.
· Handles daily accomplishment reports.
· Manage all Shipments event data recording using OTM &
MS access database
· Monthly manpower attendance(for payroll Oracle systems).
· Handles petty cash of our division(SAR. 10, 000 Minimum daily)

· Liaison for all company’s Personal Protective Equipment issuance and requisitions.
· Conducts periodical Facility inspections and recommendations in accordance with the SAUDI ARAMCO GI-298.010.
· Report and investigate incidents, injuries and hazards and implement agreed control measures.
· Ensure that company personnel observe and follows established safety guidelines & conduct Safety orientations for newly employed personnel.
· Assist in conducting periodic fire and emergency response drill.
· Develop injury and incident prevention strategies for the area.
· Monitor local area compliance with Health & Safety policy & procedures.
· Check local area health & safety compliance with regard to risk,
emergency and hazardous waste management.

Identifies, diagnoses and resolves problems for PC software and
hardware, network, Internet and new technology; communicates
solutions to end-users.
· Provides one-on-one end-user problem resolution over the phone.
· Setup and configure end-user PC desktop hardware, software and peripherals.
· Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems and server, e-mail, Internet, dial-up and local-area network access problems.
· Coordinates timely repair of PC equipments covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
· Performs minor and major hardware repair for PC computer equipment and peripherals that are not covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
· Install local area network cabling systems and equipment such as network interface cards, routers and switches.
