Duties and Responsibilities:
• In-charge in main workshop heavy equipment section, establish manpower in new project site,
• Set-up and assemble new heavy equipment and evaluate performance providing spare parts in all site sub-workshop, planning of equipment preventive maintenance schedule,
• making job order for repair, preventive maintenance, requesting parts and shifting of equipments using ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning),
• rules scheduling of preventive and periodic maintenance for earth moving equipment.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor and ensure for proper use of equipment proper distribution of manpower, service trucks (oiler and lubrication team),
• Diagnose mechanical problems of equipment, Evaluate site report, equipment monitoring, implementation of periodic maintenance, equipment evaluation and activity plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• The scope includes preparation of facilities, electrical wiring set-up, control panel installation, ducting installation, pipe installation and other electrical and mechanical related works.
• Diagnose problem, disassembling and reassembling equipment and components such as pumps, compressor, vacuum, cylinders, valves and pipe line.
• Maintain and monitor the continuous operation of Cutting, Barrel, Jumbo Oven, Rotating Dryer, Dehydrator Machine, and Firing Furnace machine.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines equipment use in production especially manufacturing measuring equipment.
• Perform machine set-up in setting to standard dimension before starting mass production
• In-charge in confirmation of products
• Perform preventive maintenance in all manufacturing machines.
• Responsible for the control of all machine back-up programs, machine diagrams, machine settings and other machine parameter necessary for the restoration in case of troubleshooting.
• Perform calibration and correlation in measuring equipment use in production.
• Design jigs to be used in checking the product.
• Conduct 5S to observe safety and security in work place.
• Make technical report after any repair, machine improvements and other important tasks.
• Installation of level sensors, proximity limit switches, pneumatic actuators and solenoid valves,
