My first contact with Deya was during the June of 2006,when he joined AL Yousuf Group, Future Technology L.L.C as Telecommunication Project Engineer. During the work he presented a good ideas for works. His creative ideas for Installing, configuring & supporting all AVAYA Media Gateways and Servers presentations and activities were inventive they were also astonishingly effective. With employees from a variety of backgrounds,, Deya managed his duty carefully in perfect way and respond consistently with respect and compassion. The experience had a profound effect on the employees because of Deya's exceptional skill and professionalism. During the time I have known Deya, he has distinguished himself as a conscientious and energetic pioneer in the fields of AVAYA IP Office Manager. I have enormous respect for his teaching and leadership skills, and anybody have been pleased to work with him.. I know he was continued interest in programs related to Designing networking and structured cabling. He has instituted many impressive works for his peers. I have the greatest admiration for his work. As he is a Telecommunication Project Engineer, it sounds ideally suited talents. He will be coming to be the qualities of a natural leader: genuineness, intelligence, and integrity.
