Currently working as an HR Associate, in Tata Main Hospital and reporting to the BHR, of the Hospital. Involved with the groundwork of hiring of the doctors and officers for the hospital. Consolidation of all the CV’s received through various consultancies and directly, screening the right profiles and thereafter taking confirmation from the candidates and calling them for the interviews. Working with SAP HR for downloading few documents, helping in note writing and organisational change circulars. Providing assistance to the candidates during the interview helping the candidates appearing for the interviews to get their medical formalities done by guiding them to the Medical Board. Co-ordinating sessions with GMMS and also the departmental inductions by blocking the time slot for the doctors as per the slot provided by BHR TMH, assessing the BHR with the daily activities and taking all calls and queries when manager HR is on leave or in meetings, updating tracker and resolve queries which are solvable at my level.
Worked for a Canadian ( inbound ) process which involved providing information about the digital Bell Express Vu cable services was a part of VNA team helped and trained new members of the team to ensure better quality of the calls was promoted to higher band with the internal role title of SCE KOL, on the basis of excellent customer care provided to the customers was migrated to the new process Clover which dealt with Hudson Bay the largest retail market in Canada providing solutions and satisfaction to the customers.
