in this period, i'm doing purchasing and sourcing activities in pre engineering and steel construction field
I’m doing the following tasks .
Receive the inquiries (PR) from deferent department’s of company
Contacting with suppliers to finalize our inquiries as per requester requirement .
After receive vendor’s quotation’s , start negotiation to get the best price, terms and conditions .
Release the comparisons sheet to discuss the offers and to be attached with all of order supporting document’s
After PO issuing, follow up with supplier for delivery and all of order issues if there
Follow up with our warehouse to update the receiving status for the orders .
Update the tracking report for all orders (weekly basis ).
Collect and analysis all of orders necessary documents , to enable our finance to proceed the payment .
