• Deliver efficient and effective customer service at the backend; maintain & renewal agreements in coordination with the Finance, Legal, Planning and Zoning and Regulatory Affairs.
• Activation.
o Preparing all new lease agreements for new companies registered in DWC offices or Logistics houses.
• Renewal of lease agreements.
o Making sure that all tenancy agreements are renewed in proper timely fashion not to lose the revenue.
• Cancellation and Termination.
o Handle all lease cancelation or termination cases within the required time frame to prevent the loss of any revenue.
• Facilitate any other requirements by clients, such as: sublease and novation.
• Handle customer complaints and support in timely resolution within the given scope. Escalate all service requests and complaints to the reporting head for routing purposes.
• Raise invoice and follow up with the customers on collection while ensuring compliance with payment terms. Verify that registration and licensing documents are as per the checklist before forwarding to the Regulatory Affairs for approval.
• Apply the CRM system for customer service process & activity and contribute to the development and enhancement of the system

o Be the interface between the School and the Schools Inspection Bureau to ensure that schools are supported through the inspection process with particular reference to school correspondence relating to the inspection, school document translation and inspection report.

o To create, manage, maintain and communicate the schedule of inspections to be conducted by the DSIB and address any issues arising relating to Inspector or school availability.

o Managed creating the DSIB Process Manual.

• Designing an Arabic curriculum for Non-Arabic speakers.

• Manage staff’s weekly schedule and annual leave.
• Making sure that fruit and vegetable baskets in selling area are filled at all time.

o Authenticate Credit card transactions.
