Working at Dubai Port World, General Cargo department as a general supervisor, handling the operation activities and provide all the types of support to get the job completed.

I work a superintendent in DPWORLD, in General Cargo department, looking after the operation of Discharging and Loading good from and to the Cargo vessels, dealing with customers and agents to make sure thier satisfactions of our given services, provide the needed resources of manpower and equipments, and do the yard planing and make sure a good movements of delivery trucks at the port's facility, etc..

Smelter course for 6 months, the they accepted me at the Craft course for two years and a half as a electrical maintenance. And worked as well at the smelter potlines and dubal dock.

Inspection department, of those warehouses of the company which have been rented for different client and do the required follow up and make sure that the papers of workers are valid and check the shipments that are placed in store and the safety side..

after three years of working for the risk department ive got a lot of knowledge and experiences from dealing with customers or dealing with other banks or companies.
receiving costumers complains or disputes forms regarding their -bank accounts or bank cards regarding weird transaction, and do the required processes from my side..
