To attend/conduct the everyday toolbox meeting and weekly safety meeting to make aware the workers about the safe work practice.

Ensuring that PPE is adequate, maintained and appropriate for use by the employees with respect to the specific job hazard.
Ensure good housekeeping is maintained within the site.
Developing and promoting safety awareness among the working crews and supervisory cadre through poster, signage, slogans, quiz, HSE incentive etc.
To conduct safety orientation to all workers and others and re-orientation.
Ensure employees Hand Tools and Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) are regular inspected and are safe to use. Notify to manager if it needs to be replaced.
Coordinate with project team and interact with client safety management to get permits.
Evaluate situations where an employee has refused to work on the grounds that danger or potential harm exits, suggest optional solutions.
Communicate if any safety issue, unsafe work practice to senior safety staff and functional managers/supervisors.
Investigate incidents/accidents happened in the organisation and send findings to safety Managers/Engineers.
