• Co-ordination with Buyer and Seller.
• Pre and Post shipment documentation.
• Nomination of the shipment using COVANTIS platform.
• Conducting Pre-Post Export & import shipment documentation, Interface with Indian Customs, Excise and DGFT & managing all the Trade Practices.
• Experienced in handling Vessel Chartering Full/Part, Break -bulk, Project cargo, containerized cargo, nominated shipments, Re-Export and Re-Import of shipments, Handling Break Bulk vessel operation through various ports and Airfreight through various Airports.
• Handling third country shipments. Experienced in handling East and West African shipments, Customs formalities, Road transportation.
• Issue of certificates as per Destination port/Country requirement- ECTN, IDF, FDI, SGS & COTECNA.
• Booking of containers through different portal of direct shipping line & finalization of Multimodal Transport documents.
• Knowledge on Foreign trade policy, licensing matters, liaison activity with government officials, replying queries against deficiencies raised by government department, Customs& Excise.
• Implementing an efficient export logistics process, negotiating contracts with logistics service providers, Carrier Knowledge, and Transport preparation, loading practices, packing to prevent damage, Transport solutions & related.
• Devising efficient logistics management system to ensure delivery of the goods/shipments as per committed timelines and cost from across the Globe.
• Working on costing for all types of products as per client's delivery types.
• Freight Negotiation & Finalization with Freight Forwarder and Carrier.
• Co-ordination with Banks and with Custom House Agents.
