Receiving all the materials as per Purchase Order with their specification.
Maintaining all the materials records / data in computer by using ERP i.e. FOCUS.
Arrange stores in a systematic manner and keep track of all materials received and stored on a computerized format.
Control and manage the responsibilities inline with the policies and procedures of the company.
Assist the head of purchasing department to implementing all systems for smooth functioning of stores/purchase.
Regulate all activities in main store and provide the exact figures on the inventory at any given period of time.
Monitor Purchase Order and the relevant suppliers for the delivery of materials.
Issuing the materials to the customers and project / site, based on incoming requisitions from Procurement department.
Assist in inventory computation by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
Examine and inspect stock items of any defects, damage reporting to Procurement department.
Marking stock items using identification tags & labeling equipment for easy accessibility.
Performing related duties & responsibilities as required.
Maintaining all the materials records / data in computer by using ERP i.e. SAP.
Responsible for handling the stores in an organized & systematic manner.
Receiving all the materials as per Purchase Order with their specification.
Issuing the materials to site workers as per the site requirement.
Maintaining the minimum stock level and updating the relevant document.
Follow up with suppliers for the delivery of materials.
Determining the material requirement before the stock last.
