Greetings, Sir or Madam,
I am now employed by SaveFast training academy as Head of BICSc training and assessment and before that I worked in Emrill as a Center of Excellence's Area Operations Manager and Training Manager, however I am actively looking new work. I have more than 19 years of experience in soft services, including operations and training. Moreover I have very good knowledge about consumable and dealing with suppliers and sub contractors.
I've produced the training materials and trackers for more than 3000 recently hired staff over the course of the last 4.5 years at Emrill.I also trained and assessed more than 500 workers for BICSc certification. I have experienced in Operations, Training, Recruitment...
My operational experience includes four years of managing Standard Chartered banks throughout the UAE ( total 27 branches)

Plan, make and update/review new Training Modules according to manager's instruction.
•Coordinate training facilitators
•Facilitate cleaning procedures, safety standards and chemical awareness for the Dubai Metro cleaning staff.
•Facilitate HR induction for new joiners from different part of the world.
•Facilitate General Cleaning Procedures for existing staff & new joiners, moreover provide equipment training to them

•Ensuring all administration procedures are adhered too. Resolve issues as and when required
•Responsible for the transport requirements are planned in advance of pre contract date. Communicate with the transport division to ensure smooth running
•Purchase requests to be authorized before order of any equipment or stock
•Ensure that expected standards are adhered to at all times
•Ensure staff members carry out and sign company and division induction training on arrival. All staff to be informed of look guidelines in line with Company standards
•Co-ordination with Operation/Account Manager for Manpower planning Training Facilitator: Transguard Group August 2010- May 2011
