 Providing support to a Team of 5 Members apart from the management of the Daily Activities.
 Responsible to ensure correct implementation of the project quality plan, procedures and productivity/scheduling targets related to all MEP works in accordance with project schedule.
 Preparing weekly service jobs’ schedule and contacting clients by email and phone calls arranging appointments.
 Following up on submitted survey reports and ensuring with assistance of procurement, materials price is provided and availability of materials at the stores.
 In a well-behaved manner, communicating with clients, customers and service providers by telephone & email.
 Coordinating and following up with the service supervisors to identify and report on the complaint status ensuring Maintenance Administrator is aware.
 Supporting and assisting the Maintenance Administrator, Maintenance coordinators and Service supervisors as and when required.
 Following up with updates from Service teams and requesting on material from procurement and notifying stores by Corefm for the requisition.
 Following up on completed jobs or pending jobs to determine status and ensuring appropriate action is taken for timely job completion.
 Scheduling installation works as and when requested when the required materials are made available.
 Monitoring daily pending jobs and jobs in progress, reporting to Maintenance Administrator jobs pending for two days or more for no apparent reason.
 Assisting the Maintenance Administrator in daily works/task as and when required.

Manage the day-to-day activity of the Quality Control staff, as well as Production Control associates in the switchgear
team.
 Responsible for the timeliness, quality, and accuracy of all work and ensured that Production issues identified through

Inspection comments, Maintain proper records of Documents related to the Quality.
 All training, training manual, asbuilt drawings, O&M manual need to be checked before submitting.
