Procurement and Logistics
• Implementing procurement standards, policies, procedures, methodologies and guidelines for ensuring right goods and services are procured in a right way.
• To improvise and sustain effective working relationship with key partners at all levels within the organization, customers and external service providers to ensure all the issues are dealt in the correct manner.

Contracts Management (Worked in SAP R/3 Module and Oracle 11i)
• Review the abstracted Contracts and created accounts both in SAP and Oracle.
• Accounts Creation, Account Change both in SAP and in oracle.
• Contract Creation in SAP.
• Extracting the Contract from the SAP and uploading it online through Your Sony Connection Advantage and renewing the expired contracts.
• Account Manager Setup by assigning the correct commission groups with proper approval.
• Web enabling the account, Re-Triggering the account for the account owners to receive their login details.
• Quality analysis on Contracts and Purchase Orders (PO’s) created.
Material Management (Worked in SAP R/3 Module, BW, APA APO)
• Handling End to End Material management Process and maintaining all material related data in SAP.
• Act as an interface with the customers and all the production support teams and provide support to clients/production support in maintaining materials in SAP.
• Coordinating with production support team for timely processing of procurement request from customer.
• Monitoring the flow of materials from SAP to various down streams including Black Box, Web Methods, CDW System, GERS etc., and Interfacing with 3rd party systems.
• Maintaining accurate Material Hierarchy as per company guidelines on a monthly and yearly basis.
Hewlett-Packard Financial Operation, Global e-Business Center, Bangalore (Duration 16 months) as Senior Associate in Physical Claims department
• Worked for China regions-Physical claims team and supported frontend team in supply chain management.
• Computing replacement & credits to the customers on claims.
• Acting as an interface between business and partners who works towards profitable growth.
• Providing weekly and monthly reports to customer, managing high volume work with accuracy and supporting quality team along with Team Leader in various activities.
• SAP knowledge of creation of order’s & changing orders / overcoming the error’s in SAP.
