Application processing, followups on premium payments and policy documents, doing motor quotes and record keeping
Maintaining and updating of cheques in active and settled accounts of PL, PIL, SME, AL, and ML Loans
Handling all aspects of Broking operations like Risk Management, Account Opening and Settlement.
Training new staffs, providing direction and support to the team for better client servicing and maintaining relationship of High Net worth Individuals
Managing and controlling account activation process of the branch.
Generating MIS reports to update the management about individual and branch performance.
Handling client’s queries relating to trades confirmation & open position.
Co-ordination with the team members to ensure the smooth rendering of services to the clients.
Receive and account all forms of payment from departments and directly from clients
Issue receipt for payments received from clients and check daily receipts entries
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly performance reports of individuals as well as branch.
Keeping proper track of cheque inwards and outwards .
Preparing monthly salary statements.
Maintaining and updating of the office registers like pay- in and pay-out, compliance, bad debts, petty cash etc.
Generating MIS reports to update the management about individual and branch performance.
