As Vice President ofTechnology and Architecture, I was responsible for leading talented Architecture and Engineering teams (across US, Europe, Asia) to
• Develop the future state Cloud Data Technology blueprint and implement a multi-year transformation initiative while adopting agile methodology.
• Data Strategy Roadmap including operational data stores, cloud data warehouse for transactional products, analytics & reporting, artificial intelligence (AI) use cases.
• Strategy and implementation for Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning practice for operational use cases aimed at driving process efficiency.

• Lead and delivered initiative to migrate existing Legacy Oracle warehouses to Big Data (Hadoop) using stack of next gen technologies like Spark, hive and Map - reduce.
• Led analytical initiatives for adopting public cloud evaluating different providers by doing hands on POC (Azure vs AWS)
• Delivered Digitization of Service initiative to transcribe customer Phone calls for Text Analytics. Feedback sent to Digital Channels to reduce Call Volume for better customer experience and Savings of~12 M annually.

• Led technology strategy engagements for Farmers Insurance, advising on digital transformation initiatives, cloud adoption, and IT infrastructure optimization.

• At Dun & Bradstreet (worlds leading provider ofbusiness-to-business credit, marketing and purchasing information) worked on creating end to end systems providing credit worthiness data.
