•Umalnar Power Plant Maintenance in Abu Dhabi.
•Villa for Handan Hazaa Zahra ayeda west Abu Dhabi
•Refurbishment of Al Gumairi Rashed Saleh Abu Dhabi.
Roles &Responsibilities:
•To assist Project manager in the supervision and management of construction activities to assigned project
•Assist in planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the project quality pan.
•Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors
•Attend meeting with client and project managers to discuss and resolve issues and other related matters
•Coordinate the handing over of completed works to client and completion of the necessary rectification works
•Provide technical support to other site team leaders
•Conduct daily briefing with the site team leaders to follow up and report on the work progress in order to anticipate any possible delay with regards to planned tasks.
•Enforce safety rules in site as per the requirement based on responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities
•Monitoring and follow-up all work progress as per work schedule provided by the supervisor.
•Material control and time management & minimize of wastage.
•Capable to anticipate problems and able to provide solution to minimize complexity under supervision of senior civil engineer.
•Day-to-day management of the site, monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors;
•Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines in coordination with supervisor.
•Maintaining professional working contact with key suppliers and third parties and coordinating in deliver of materials required for work.

Roles & Responsibilities
•Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives;
•Setting out, levelling and surveying the site;
•Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
•Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
•overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;
•liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
•Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
