Job Responsibilities:
* Design Study based on Project specification and material order.
* Co-ordinate with Architect, Main Contractors, Sub Contractors etc to execute the
project.
* Lead a team of 40-45 members consisting of site in-charge, supervisors and
technicians.
* Project planning, actual and forecasted cost evaluations through project progress
and weight factors.
* Represented my organization in front of client and contractors.
* Testing and Commissioning of Access control System.
* Preparing all relevant ELV systems technical submittals and get approval from
consultant.
* Responsible for Client, Consultant and Main Contractor Level Meetings.
* Design shop drawings for ELV system.
* Lead Testing and Commissioning Activities for ELV Systems.
* Raising RFI for any design discrepancy or any additional information in the systems.

* Finish the targets as per committed project schedule.
* Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and
inspection of works. Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met
on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.
* Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable
monitoring reports on regular basis or as required. Supports the Project Manager in
accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical groups at site.
* Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction
drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards
whether local, national or international standards.
* Ensuring that the As Built Drawings, O&M Manuals and related documentation is
prepared, reviewed, submitted and approved in a timely manner, in line with the
contract.
* Attend all project related meeting with Client/Consultant/Main Contractor/Sub-
Contractor and reporting back to the Project Manager on the proceedings as well as
to attend all project related meetings.
* Prepare the request for information (RFI) and carrying out inspection of material
and work executed at site with the consultant as per the approved material
submittal and as per project specification.
* To evaluate the requirement of all project resources (Materials, Machinery,
Manpower) as per schedule and arrange for the availability of the same.
* Resolve any issue arises at site by providing immediate solution and Coordinating
work with other members of the project team.
* Undertake final project snagging and prepare list of defects for Sub-Contractor’s
action.
