• Manage 2 sales persons for collection and sales achievement & a soft merchandiser.
• Manage Key accounts to ensure availability of our products and support to sales and service.
• Responsible for primary and secondary sales of contact lenses and lenscare through dealers and hospitals.
• Organize promotional events in colleges, malls and residential areas to support distribution channel.
• Handle product mapping with proper margins and ensure product space availability.
• Train the Optometrist regarding product features and regular development of product and changes in industry.
• Keeping track of toric lenses availability at distributor point for better service level to market.
• Responsible for activating new accounts and listing of appropriate accounts also ensuring good relationship
with accounts for improving the depth of business.
