Ø Interfacing with Company and Contractor for all site related matters, monitoring of site work progress and technical coordination.
Ø Review& approval of Contractor's submittals from construction point of view.
Ø Provide high-level clarifications on site matters to Contractor in accordance with contract requirements.
Ø Review & approve Contractor submits Electrical related site construction documents in accordance with contract.
Ø Review Contractor's purchase orders, sub-contract agreements, and inspection and test plans with respect to site construction efforts.
Ø Provide support to HSE Management.
Ø Review Contractor's non-conformance and concession requests for site related activities. Provide independent advice to Company on construction issues based on good international practices.
Ø Provide constant supervision of Contractor's site activities in accordance with contract requirements, codes and standards, Company's procedures and the like, assist HSE function in reviewing Contractor's job safety assessments and tool box talks prior to carrying out any works, initiate work permit requests as per Company's procedures (hot work permit, cold work permit, radiography permit, confined space entry permit, vehicle/mobile plant entry permit, excavation notification, electrical isolation etc.).
Ø Ensure that the Contractor implements corrective actions arising out of an incident investigation.
Ø Supervise Contractors' work for construction, installation, pre-commissioning, testing and commissioning of all the Electrical facilities of the Project.
Ø Assist engineering management function in carrying out contract and code inspections in factory/supplier premises in Kuwait. Carry out site inspection of materials prior to incorporation into works.
Ø Review site related claims of Contractor, provide quantity survey inputs.
Ø Assist Project Management function in Project close-out activities by certifying completion of work and preparing approved exceptions (punch list), reviewing as-built documents and dossiers, inspection records and the like.
Having M/S KOC approval as an electrical engineer.
To select manufacturer &suppliers for all electrical materials from M/S KOC VEC approved list.
To prepare technical submittal for Transformers, 11 KV panel, 440V MLTB, 110V DC system, 11KV&1KV power cables, Generators, industrial power sockets, light fittings etc., for M/S KOC submission as per project scope & KOC standard.
To co-ordinate with M/S KOC for all electrical approvals.
To follow & insist the manufacturer to supply the materials on scheduled time period.

To prepare & check electrical shop drawings and get approval from consultant to proceed the work at job site.
Experience in low current systems and all type of electrical systems.
Experience in commercial building projects like high rise building towers.
To prepare RFQ for all electrical materials and check the material specification with clients specification.

Installation & commission of intelligent motor control center & Remote terminal units (RTU)
