ELV Project Execution and Management. My role currently at Techno Q is Lead Project Engineer. I have executed projects in Qatar and because of growing business requirement in Oman I am relocated to Oman for handling major projects. I am responsible for planning and executing the project in accordance with the Client specification, agreed contract, Programme schedule, Project Management methodology and Quality operating procedures. I Supervised installations on Client site as per approved shop drawings. I am primarily responsible for managing Controllable costs and cash flow via Project Management tools (Navision) and Database, and cost to Completion forecasts to maximize profitability and control working capital.
I was responsible for design approval, Project plan and supervised installations. Along with, I was also responsible for various system within conference center. Arranging vendors and allocation of Budgets for Board rooms throughout the ASIA-PAC. I also upgraded Polycom endpoints from VSX 7000 to HDX 9000 for APAC. Health Checks of AV equipment’s in Board rooms, conference rooms and press rooms. Accomplished various projects for ADOBE at various locations including US, China, Singapore and India
Accomplishments-
Awarded Employee of the Month for my contribution in project executed in Bangalore and the project was awarded as the Best Project of the Quarter.
Responsible for monitoring the projects and planning to meet client deadlines for entire NCR area. Involved with Clients in requirements gathering and feasibility check for AV installations and system upgrades. Monitoring Monthly stock list. Direct involvement in End User training and Client handovers

Most of my work was in Installation and Site Management. For Example: Inspection of Site, arranging all Schematics and preparing projects schedule report before starting installation on site. I was responsible for Installation of AV Equipment in Medium Size Conference Rooms, Large Rooms, PA Systems and Lecture halls in corporate environment. Supervising rack wiring in workshops when not on site. I carried out installations at all levels from site wiring to mechanical installation to commissioning.
