Design and select system compatible with customer requirements and construction standards, provide technical proposal and support to MEP team by preparing Technical proposals, Product presentations, pre-qualifications and technical submittal for Product Approval.
Communicate and Coordinate with Manufacturers, Consultants,
Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Quality Control, Quantity Surveyor and
Technicians providing technical support in Execution of Installation,
Testing, Commissioning and Trouble-shooting at Site.
Supervised multiple projects independently as per company’s
direction & requirements, executed projects within estimated man-
hours and material quantities approved in the project schedule and
achieved assigned output targets at the site.
Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed properly, check
quality of work carried out and take corrective action where required.
Preparation of Checklist, Reports, respond to NCR, obtain approval
from Consultant and certification of work executed to ensure
payment of invoices.
Manage site-related problem, non-conformities, accidents, short
supply of man, material and machinery and adhere to site
mobilization and demobilization process as per timeline.
Generate and Maintain daily progress reports, project documentation
and as-built Drawings, Photos and other documents as required.
Provide guidance and support to site technicians at all times with
regular improvements by providing periodic training and implement
new processes to achieve higher efficiency.
