• Assist in preparation of Field (Data) Survey plans and survey templates based on approved STC Standards and specifications
• Prepare survey procedures, coordinate, communicate and enforce these with involved parties
• Conduct site survey inspection to assess any audit discrepancies and feedback with related engineers and OSP contractors for training purposes
• Monitor the field (data) survey activities and verify that all survey activities are executed according to agreed plans and procedures
• Collect data from field survey teams, and consolidate and pre-process these for the use of the Quality Survey & Audit team
• Ensure that the survey & audit outputs contain the requested information, and coordinate with the survey team to correct missing, incomplete, inconsistent or otherwise low-quality data
• Prepare regular reports on survey & audit activities, progress status, and performance of Quality Survey & Audit teams and assess knowledge gaps for training purposes
• Monitor quality of work performed and prepare regular reports on the quality of the survey & audit results.
• With the support of the Project Manager, ensure the OSP contractors compliance with project schedules, field meetings, quality audits and PAT scheduling and activities

• Operation and maintenance of all TRANSMISSION EQUIPMENTS & OFC Network.
• Maintenance of OFC Backbone and intra city as per SLA.
• Optimization of existing Transmission Network for best capacity utilization.
• Routine testing and quality validation of fiber optic facilities according to global standards.
• Technological initiative for best protection and Transmission network availability.
• Responsible for SDH/DWDM/CEN operation and maintenance.
• Co-ordination to Investigate, troubleshoot and restore service for any transport related outage or fault and aid in root cause analyses
• Responsible for Network outage analysis and coordination with NSN and INDUS teams
• Best network availability and OPEX reduction.
• Coordination with Circle/National Transmission NOC for day to day new provisioning and Operational matters.
• Spare and logistics management for respective areas.
• Submission of outage analysis reports to central teams.
• Coordination with other operators for swap routes and POI augmentation.
• Supervision of OFC projects in respective areas and completion of the project within given time line and CAPEX.
• Support for customer bandwidth delivery and up gradation.
