• Training Sessions: Organize training sessions and inductions for employees to enhance Quality awareness and compliance.

• Site Surveillance & Work Monitoring: Conducted regular site quality surveillance to ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, ITPs, and specifications.

• WIR, RFI and IR: Reviewed, inspected, and technically evaluated contractor raised WIRs, RFIs, and IRs in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

• MIR and MAR: Prepared, submitted, and coordinated Material Inspection Request and Material Approval Request to demonstrate material compliance with approved specifications, standards, and project requirements.

• Testing & Third-Party Coordination: Coordinated with third-party laboratories for material testing (concrete, soil, steel, etc.) and reviewed test reports for compliance

• NCR and INCR: Prepared and submitted NCRs and INCRs for any non-conforming work or materials, ensuring proper documentation & coordinated corrective actions.

• Snag List & Close-Out Management: Prepared and monitored snag lists, ensuring timely rectification and closure prior to client handover.

• Audit Preparation and Compliance: Prepare for and coordinate monthly quality and safety audits, including international audits, SEPM audits, EHS audits, and ISO audits, ensuring all regulatory standards are met.

• Reporting: Prepared and maintained SOR, MQR, and MIS reports to record site quality activities and inspection progress.

• Equipment Calibration Compliance: Ensure all construction equipment and machinery are calibrated at regular intervals, maintaining operational accuracy and efficiency.

• Material Testing and Compliance: Conduct essential testing of construction materials, verifying compliance with relevant IS codes and specifications to ensure material quality.

• Rebar and Concrete Inspection: Inspect rebar works and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) before concrete pouring, ensuring compliance with approved General Arrangement (GFC) drawings.

• Concrete Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to concrete batching plants, performing trial mixes to guarantee concrete quality aligns with the design mix specifications.

• Carry out routine and hold-point inspections for infrastructure activities including excavation, backfilling, compaction, pavement works, concrete works, utilities, manholes, chambers, and duct banks.

• Witness and review field and laboratory tests such as soil compaction, concrete testing, asphalt testing, and material compliance checks.

• Verify contractor compliance with approved inspection and test plans, method statements, and checklists.

• Prepare inspection requests, site inspection reports, daily logs, and non-conformance reports as required.

• Maintain accurate and systematic records of inspections, tests, work progress, and site communications.

• Assist the Civil Site Engineer and Assistant Site Engineer with progress reporting and technical inputs.

• Review civil and infrastructure drawings and confirm site works align with the latest approved Drawing revisions.

• Report site or design issues promptly and support resolution of contractor technical queries.

• Coordinate with other discipline inspectors to manage construction interfaces effectively.

• Monitor contractor quality control practices and report deficiencies to the Site Engineers.

• Support project quality plans, NCR reviews, and corrective action processes.

• Promote safe working practices and coordinate with HSE teams on site safety matters.

• Support site visits by clients, authorities, and stakeholders by providing factual site information and records.

• Ensure that photographs of all site tests performed, and inspection activities are taken and properly maintained as part of the project records.
