Project Title Construct the 50 MW Power Plant Work Place Kula Lumpur - Malaysia

 Estimating of costs and prepare the BOQ.
 Control costs through the Design stage to maintain the integrity of the established budget and to ensure that the owner receives the best value for his money.
 Developing man-hours and cost forecasts and reports actual spending including progress tracking, working with a cross-functional team of professionals and specialists.
 Developing and implementation of the risk management process and coordinates the development of risk mitigation Plans.
 Responsibility for evaluating earned value calculations and percent completion report.
 Working closely with project team members as it relates to scheduling and forecasting and working closely with procurement group to manage all project purchase orders and invoicing
 Developed & Participate Capital Cost Estimate (Class III +/-15%) for different Projects.

Role in the Project
 Preparation of job schedule, manpower schedule in co-ordination with construction, procurement and related sub-contractors
 Maintains copies of approval, project scheduled signed by client.
 Co-ordination with construction for timely issuance of invoices.
 Prepares progress report as needed by management and client.
 Prepare WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURES (WBS) for the project.
