• Certifying the Subcontractor Invoice and forwarding it to accounts
department for payment.
• Bar bending Schedule Preparation for Progress Payment Certificate
(PPC) monthly.
• Preparation of Cost Proposal for New Additional Items.
• Preparing Rate analysis working for new items and non-tender items.
• Submission of Monthly Reconciliation report for the Consumed
Quantity of each material.
• Tracking of Materials & Scheduling for Material Procurement at site.
• Providing advice and guidance to staff in the preparation and
presentation of work proposals, reviews & updates.
• Handle claims and variations, ensuring timely resolution with accurate
documentation.
• Monitoring & reviewing the tasks given to the subordinates and
assigning new works.
• Coordinated with site teams to verify executed quantities and update
cost forecasts accordingly.

• Quantification of Materials as per the given IFC Drawings for the Site procurement purpose.

• Preparing variation and deviation cost and submitting to client for approval.
