Working in RasGas Company Ltd Operated by Exxon Mobile Corporation as Direct Hire with Designation as “Sr Contract Analyst” in Business Support Department of RasGas Company Limited -Doha, Qatar, with family status.
Responsible for various Pre Tender and post contract Administration activity of Maintenance /Shutdown /Engineering/Projects Contract.
Participate in the Contractor’s Pre-qualification Evaluation Committee involved in assessing the capabilities of consultants/contractors/vendors to undertake particular scope of work for assigned divisions/departments.
Responsible and supporting for ITT Preparation, Floating of tender, Evaluation and Award of Contract in Maintenance, Manufacturing, Technical & Projects Departments
To Prepare presentation and Per Tender documents for getting approval to obtain GTC (General Tender Committee), LTC ( Limited Tender Committee) & STC (Small Tender committee) approval
To prepare strategy documents for approval for Single source, Multiple source & Open tender
Prepare or supervises the preparation of contract documents ensuring proper coverage of all the terms and conditions agreed upon with contractors through either their bids and/or negotiation and coordinates their functional review by end users, Finance, Legal and Safety & Health departments.
Undertake commercial evaluation with respect to Company estimate. Attend Tender Board meetings as required. Ensures that recommendations are routed to the appropriate Tender authority for approval.
Prepare and examine cost estimates for Capital & Major Revenue proposals. Develop Cost Estimating relationships that integrate cost, technical and schedule parameters
Establish cost control, report cost variation to Management and produce various monthly cost reports.
Dispute Resolution/Negotiation Process- Preparation of claims and comprehensive record keeping and formulation of supportive points to ensure accurate and timely payment, Preparation and processing of Contract Close outs
Supervise the maintenance of various contractors and contracts records, covering contractors’ performance, contract documentation: bank guarantees, performance bonds, insurance policies.
Monitor expenditure of each contract against its value and provides advice and support to amend contracts conditions and/or values accordingly. Reviews variation orders and contractors’ claims. Preparing Contracts Governance Plan for various Contracts
Preparing Comprehensive Contract plan, Advance Procurement Plan (APP) for five year.
Member of RasGas Procurement policy -Contract Procurement manual (CPM) Review committee
Participate in the ongoing training and development of assigned QATARI national employees..
Formulation of Engineering Procurement Construction Management (EPCM) - Chiyoda -Almana of 500 million USD -reimbursable type
Formulation of Reimbursable Contracts for Consolidated Maintenance Service Contracts (CMSC) - with Flour 700 million USD- KPI Tracking, formulation, Monitoring, Reconciliation, Invoice tracking and payment.
Handling General Electric (GE) -Long term Service Agreement -Consolidated Service Agreement worth 2.0 Billion USD.
Preparing various Original Manufactures Equipment (OEM) -Long Term Maintenance Contract like Ebara Corporation, Japan, Toshiba-Electrical Div Japan, Mitsubishi Compressor Japan, Shin Nippon Pumps & Turbines, Kobelco Steel-Nuclear Division Japan, John Crane USA, Air Liquid, General Electric Oil & Gas USA, Flowserve
