A) Product Management
• Develop and implement a successful investment strategy to raise awareness among the RMs to enhance penetration of wealth management investment offerings.
• Spearhead the launch of new investment products in the country across all phases.
• Manage the existing product programs and do modifications/ renewals as deemed necessary and work towards integration with UAE Product Team.
• Provide Investments process support to RMs and clients on an on-going basis.
• Product Upload on Navigator and provide Navigator Support to RMs on an on-going basis and coordination with IT and Operations for back end issues and own Navigator from end to end.
• Business Analysis and Reporting and provide Product Risk Rating Updates
• Manage revenue / cost opportunities based on the available data including product-wise revenues.
• Be responsible for day to day management of investment products as the subject matter expert for the country.
• Provide regular training programs for investments to RMs with regional approvals and build confidence among stake holders and provide training decks on a regular basis.
• Liaise and work with the Regional Team, UAE Product Team and conduct peer reviews with counterparts from other countries and ensure best practices are transferred.
• Ensure adherence to Regional & Country Specific Compliance & Audit policies and guidelines.
• Follow a detailed process of addition/ deletion of new funds with appropriate regulatory and regional approvals.
• Ensure all regulatory reporting is done in a timely manner and also ensure that the reports are accurate and without any flaws.
• Holding regular meetings with OPS, credit, and technology for smooth functioning of investments business.
• Overlook leverage/ OD (Margin lending process) with credit team to have efficient monitoring and control process.
• Coordinating with RMs and Unit Heads to organize marketing events and seminars with Mutual Fund Houses.
• Regular coordination with representatives from Mutual Fund Houses for additional research on a particular fund or for potentially adding/ deleting a fund.
• Maintaining the MF EMEA Master File and Citichoice File on a quarterly basis
• Coordinate with Legal, compliance & region for the approvals on investment products

B) Portfolio Management
• Assist the RMs and Clients on different Funds and also on different permissible asset classes.
• Provide assistance to RMs and Clients on - Reviewing, repositioning and rebalancing client’s investment portfolios.
• Providing required research on Mutual Funds and Fixed Income Securities (FIS) to RMs and clients on a continual basis.
• Monitoring Leverage portfolios on a regular basis and providing assistance to RMs and Unit Heads for sales, portfolio re-balancing, margin calls, etc.
• Assisting RMs and Clients in performing independent portfolios reviews including but not limited to portfolio performance evaluations, asset allocation/ fund allocation, performance appraisals of portfolios, funds, etc.
• Preparing and maintaining the Model Portfolios
• Providing market news/ outlook and appropriate market research to RMs and Clients through Bloomberg, regional reports, etc.
• Ensure that appropriate Funds or FIS are being provided to the RMs for leverage within the approved list.
• Updating all Citichoice list for Mutual Fund and FIS lists with analytical data from Bloomberg on a quarterly basis.
• Work closely with RMs and coach them in order to ensure clients' portfolios are in line with the investment strategy of the bank.

12. Liaising with Product team & Fund House for getting necessary documents for Central Bank of Bahrain approval.
13. Coordinating with various fund houses for product support/conference calls/trainings.
