• AR/AP manager, debit note/credit note entries, month end closing work up to trial balance.
• Imprest record maintain for petty expenses by HR and Operation team
• BRS of Dubai and Abu Dhabi office
• Trade license renewal, PO box renewal, NOC from KHDA related work
• Fess collection at counter & Follow up with parents for outstanding fees
• Providing necessary report to management
• Handle internal and external audit work support to solve the query and providing necessary document
• Reporting to Director & Finance manager.
• Daily & monthly bank statement reconciliation.
• Supplier and staff payment process on due date in SAP and payment transfer online by wire.
• Check regular staff attendance & solve employee problem with management.
• Making report of salary, wages, overtime & transportation.
• Prepare sheet of full and final statement of staff and workers.
• Maintain employee record card for visa renewal and pass port renewal due dates all update.
• Maintain track record of supplier contract yearly basis.
• Employee entry visas, medical process, emirates ID card & open bank WPS salary account.
• Daily briefly meting for pending work & discuss with management
• Prepare risk register and take necessary action to avoid future circumstances
• Daily counting cash/cheque and maintain track record of term wise fees
• Checking withdrawals and process for refund to parents

• Maintain employee annual leave, medical leave, and paid/unpaid leave calculation sheet with air ticket update regularly.
• Maintain supplier contract yearly basis.
• Employee entry visas, medical process, emirates ID card & open bank WPS salary account.
• Maintain employee record up to date & personal filing of all employees individually.
• Daily briefly meting for pending work & discuss with management.
