• Planning and organize production schedules for more than 16 injection molding machines with supervising team of more than 40 members including Production Engineers, mold technicians, operators, labors, …etc.

•Direct manage and supervise all activities of the maintenance technicians.
•Create Preventive Maintenance Program for all production lines.
•Provide and follow up the daily and weekly checklist/activities for proactive maintenance with coordination with production team by applying total productive maintenance (TPM) activities including autonomous maintenance.
•Review the operations of all plant machines to minimize unplanned downtime and to identify risks & opportunities for improvements.
•Create Maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) inventory to ensure availability of minimum stock of critical and consumables spare parts with monitor and control usage and initiating orders by coordination with procurement department.
•Provide and develop a maintenance plan for both utilities & equipment.
•Establish and maintain maintenance system by releasing and tracking: preventive maintenance, work order, spare parts delivery note, and history of plant machines.
•Track and manage overall maintenance costs
•Maintain the utility including electrical, plumbing, carpentry and air conditioning systems.
•Determine competence and training needs for the maintenance team.
•Ensure that all maintenance technicians are trained, equipped for any task.
•Provide PM for fire alarm and firefighting systems with coordination with the safety in charge.
•Continuously evaluates workplace for safety concerns and ensures safety initiatives are performed to quality required levels.
•In charge of the technical training for the new sales representatives with applying three days scheduled course.
Responsible for receipt all of the contractor work during start up the factory such as buildings, utilities, electrical panels, lighting systems, firefighting and fire alarm systems, …etc.
•Installation and Commissioning for all new machines including: injection molding machines, dehumidify dryer, water chiller, assembly machines, etc.
•Maintain and repair all breakdowns for production lines
•Starting daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance lists and provide training for labors and technicians to follow up the lists.
•Direct manager for Maintenance technicians: mechanical foreman, electrical technician and helper.
•On call work for 24/7.
•Contact with third party service in case of required as most of machines were under warranty.
•Release purchase requests (PRs) for the required spare parts & consumables and follow up the PO with the procurement department till receiving them.
•Build Maintenance Workshop and starting to implement 5 S for it.
•Administrative work, responsible for security, petty cash, drivers and company house service.
•Supervise more than 80 labors and operators as in charge for production lines for a year.
•Maintain weekly production planning with cooperate with IED engineer.
•Build production team to lead the production lines to achieve the target.
Rotary Maintenance Engineer A-C.
•Preventive maintenance and repair breakdown for six injection molding machines and more than forty assembly machines for car accessories/parts.
Apply Preventive Maintenance Schedule and daily/weekly checklist for all Injection Molding Machines with following up the checklists with operators and technicians.
•Troubleshooting and repairing the breakdown for more than forty of Injection molding machines with their auxiliary machines (Air compressors & water tower & water Chiller ….etc).
•Production Engineer for Huskey Injection molding machine 2000T.
