Monitors all aspects of a product lifecycle, including long- and short-term
development and marketing.
* Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive
position. Interfaces with project managers and clients to determine the product's
future direction.
* Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions.
* Provide support for marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing
campaigns, tradeshows and other promotional activities.
* Assist in new product introduction and release activities.
* Product demonstration and end user training after installation.
* Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer

* Work with business team to identify new customers and to retain existing
customers.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market

* Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities.

Product demonstration, technical presentation, supporting product evaluation.
* Plan & Supervises preventive/ breakdown /corrective /Shutdown Mechanical
Maintenance of machineries.
* Handling clients and providing technical support on-site or via phone /email.
* Generating sales.
* Formulates corrective actions and conducts failure analysis.
* Directing & Controlling the activities of field maintenance, modification/
construction of Static equipments with specified procedure, standards etc.
* Coordinating with counterparts from Operation, Inspection, and Safety to
optimize field mechanical maintenance in the assigned area.
* Maintains report with customers by verifying complaints, identify solution,
suggesting improved methods and recommending system upgrade.
* Documentation of installation and service logs and reports.
* Scheduling of PPM for instruments to prevent fatigue.
* Service and maintenance for machineries such as currency counters, time
attendance system, mailing and franking machines.
* Assist clients in installing hardware and software systems.

Project NDIA, Doha
* Supervision of Mechanical and general Engineering work of Air Port Terminal
buildings
* Monitoring quality of work for conformance to contract documents, including
specification and drawing.
* Recording progress and documenting status of daily job to meet project plan.
* Ensuring proper documentation and conducts project close out activities.
* Manage and coordinate change of activities.
* Involvement in coordinating with consultant Engineers about the construction
drawings.
* To attend the site meeting with regards to engineering works with Clients
/Consultant/Main contractor as and when required

* Monitoring monthly Preventive Maintenance Schedules.
* Monitoring and conversion of sites under warranty to Annual Maintenance Contract
and retaining them and monitoring their status by submitting timely proposals.
