1-Technical support for boiler thermal expansion and erection considerations.
2-prepare calculation sheet for temporary piping used acc. to ASME.
3-Hydrostatic, leakage test Preparation, Supervision and Implementation.
4-hydrotest equipments selection and PR.
5-Prepare pressure test package.
6-prepare P&ID pressure test circuit limits and pressure diagram. 7-prepare as built drawings for piping and pipe support.
8-Provide technical support including interpretation of drawing and specification during the construction / installation of process / utility piping.
9-Coordination of field work, working closely with design engineering, procurement, planning / scheduling, supplies and contractors - to resolve field piping installation problems.
10-Review engineering drawings of all piping design, as-built, and installation, coordinating and supervising piping related activities. 11-Supervise inspection of various areas, overseeing work done as per specifications, complying with construction standards.
