I am responsible for property management aspects of AWQAF and Minors Affairs portfolio. The portfolio around 7000residential, commercial (all shops in All Dubai's Mosques), and labor camp units.
▪Taking over new building assigned by AWQAF as well as handing over building to minors.
▪Develops, monitors, and oversees all site management related programs, policies, plans, rules, regulations, contracts, and agreements in accordance with corporate policies.
▪Prepares annual operating budget; monitors and performs budget projections.
▪Prepares all reports, including monthly management, weekly, marketing, occupancy, due renewals, number if legal case and maintenance report.
▪Manages staff and oversees hiring, termination, and performance management decisions.
▪Oversees or conducts and coordinates all marketing activities to promote the property.
▪Monitoring the daily queue system as well as the queue system report of previous day.
▪Successfully attracting tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants.
▪Oversees leasing activities and mentoring and guiding leasing team members daily.
▪Managing third party and in-house contractors, ensuring compliance to budget and KPI's
