• Generate sales leads for non-hazardous and hazardous solid waste management from existing and potential clients.
• Set, plan, execute and achieve pre-determined sales objectives.
• Send inquiries, make cold calls, prepare proposals, estimate business volume, negotiate, and co-ordinate with Finance and Operations department to kick start the process.
• Evaluate client-wise costing and provide accurate, competitive pricing to prospective clients, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin and constantly reviewing agreements.
• Maintain records of all pricing, client list, sales and activity reports.
• Monitor competitor activity in the market and provide feedback of same to management.
• Maintain cordial relations with customers, have regular site visits and support in debt collection, as required.
• Other responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time.
• Supporting the Line and Store Manager on decisions relating to operations.
• trained and monitored staff.
• Ensuring that staff members are competent and motivated to deliver effective service to the customers.
• Ensuring presentable, eye-catching display maintained in the department, customer service, sales events.
• Receive and key rack warehouse, Local deliveries, processing the damaged products under the company System operating procedures.
• Increased sales beyond store expectations.
• Handled other responsibilities as and when required.
