2- Contracts Management:
• Helping the project management department to prepare tenders and commercial bids.
• Working with project management team to ensure that everyone understands their roles
and responsibilities.
• Keep the contracts/agreements database up to date and trigger needed notification on
timely manner (before expiry) in order to take needed actions by the concerned (requestor
and buyer).
• To ensure that the negotiations, executions or terminations of any contracts are
incompliance with RAR’s strategies and policies.
3- Risk Management:
• Participate and contribute to the development of compliance/risk management strategies
anticipating legal/business impacts.
• Responsibility for controlling & monitoring local legal spend in accordance with set budgets,
assisting Legal Group Management in anticipating future requirements.
4- Corporate Governance:
• Draft & prepare polices for Board of Directors, General Assembly, Nomination and
Remuneration Committee, Audit Committee, Governance Committee etc.
• Conduct legal researches for the benefit of RAR and its subsidiaries companies.
• Support Legal Group Management in developing, planning and execution of Legal Group
strategies & initiatives, taking responsibility for alignment with regional annual and mid-
term plan objectives for others;
• Handled mergers and acquisitions transactions, particularly the due diligence requirements
which include the corporate & shareholder information; government & regulatory matters;
details of assets; financial position & statements; financial obligations & commitments,
material contracts, real estate, insurance policies, taxation position & issues, employees,
intellectual property & technology, litigation, arbitration & other disputes.
• Collaborates with the management team to establish, disseminate and implement the
Group’s legal policies.

5- Litigations:
• Draft and prepare all type of memorandums related to Alrashed Group law cases.

6- Reporting
• Ensures that all requisite reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner, and meet
the RAR Group’s requirements, policies, and standards.
• Stays abreast of new laws and regulations through continuous legal education, attending
professional conferences, and participating in professional associations.
