Assigned tasks relating to the creation, audit / evaluation, revision, reporting and maintenance of the Company's ISO 9001:2008 - certified Quality Management System, including its procedures, policies, forms and other related systems and documents.
Monitor the Key Performance Measures (KPIs) of the Company's operations and report the KPIs scores to Top Management.
Act as the liaison with the Certifying Body on matters relating to the quality system
Manage Quality Management System audit with in-house Internal Quality Auditors to verify that all activities are performed against the established or documented standard procedures.
Monitor all identified non-compliances in the quality management system and evaluates effectiveness of the preventive and corrective actions.
Directing Food Safety Management System in compliance with the related ISO 22000 standards.
Direct QA/QC & Lead HACCP process and standards development to meet new challenges
Defining and executing QA plans for development with measurable objectives & achievement.
Ensure product consistently meet or exceed demanding customer requirements & provided responses to queries.
Controlling the documentation, records & policies of quality management systems with updating.
Directing Microsoft dynamic program (GP) /QA section to control QM process & activities.
Monitoring HACCP system & prerequisites programs (PRPs) implementations to control risks.
Conducting risk assessment, severity matrix & ensure the identifying of category & definition.
Monitoring CCPs & OPRPs to avoid reduce or eliminate hazards & keep it within critical limit.
Confirm chemical, microbiological & physicals hazards analysis conducting as GLP & SOPs.
Managed & development the specification for products and raw materials
Review and approved specifications for raw materials, product intermediates, and final products.
Confirm incoming materials quality & safety meet specification & standards parameters.
Monitoring GMPs, GHPs, sanitation programs, cleaning plan, Hygiene & personnel activities.
Ensuring the incoming material inspections applied in place within AQL methodology.
Approved realization of safe products & handling of potential unsafe products.
Conducting product traceability & recall plan, validation & verification
Ensuring that all corrective action are set & implemented in the specific timeframe.
Conducting internal audit to ensue procedures implementation & system compliances.
Preparing external audit (SASO and customer) nonconformance repots for management review meeting.
Performing GAP analysis between applicable and current ISO standards, Establishing & implementing a quality plan to bring the company into ISO compliance.
Developed of ISO 9001-based corporate Product Quality Management System.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets.
Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure high standards of quality
Ensuring products comply with legislation and quality assurance codes
Ensuring that all QA Tests are carried out on time and in full
Delivering presentations to an audience of Manager Level within the business
Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior managers on performance
Keeping quality documentation up to date
Making sure that all QA records, data & information are available to managers.
Arranging the repair of any QA / related equipment that is malfunctioning
Ensuring non-conforming products are identified and placed on restriction

- Good Knowledgement of Food science & technology as (Dairy, Meat, Oil & Fat, Grains, Cyrub &Sweets) & Food application process as (Processing of fruits & vegetables). - Good Knowledgement of raw materials specifications, COA, COC & MSDS. - Good Knowledgement of Food chemistry, food engineering & food analysis methods. - Good Knowledgement of Food biotechnology, microbiology, industrial microbiology. - Good Knowledgement of food toxicants & contaminations. - Good Knowledgement of food conservations technology. - Good Knowledgement of food experimental design & analysis in addition to research methodology. - Good Knowledgement of food quality control / quality assurance, food safety & industrial management
