1. Student Records- Registrar's office :
- Overseeing the admissions process, confirming the eligibility of new applicants, and issuing acceptance letters.
-Coordinating the language-placement examinations
- Issuing official certifications such as: enrollment certificates, student transcripts, and other documents related to student and academic records.
- Announcing important dates from the university calendar such as the course registration schedule, drop and add, start and end of class, and final examination schedule.
-Responds to students' inquiries about university regulations and procedures.
2. Administrative affairs & Archiving System:
-Helped in the establishment of a new automated archiving system in the university.
-Receiving all kind of applicant CVs, sorting them according to specialization, registering them into our archiving system "E-file" and finally sending them to concerned department.
-Receiving all kind of paper related to new employees, filing them, pursuing any missing documents, giving them all information needed about organization regulation and procedures.
-Communicating with IT department all kind of information related to employee record.
-Receiving annual vacations requests and sick leaves…
-Elaboration of a new archiving system where all document received ar scanned and saved then send by e-mail to concerned recipient.
3.Exams Department :
-Follow up and coordinate with head proctors regarding exam papers in terms of being delivered on time and keeping high level of security.
-Supervise the whole proctoring process
-Follow up with Staff tutors the selection of samples (TMAs, quizzes, midterms and final) to be sent for external examination in the university head quarter.
-Execute surveys with students and statistics about the courses and tutors.
