Key Responsibilities:
•Monitoring company accounts, stock, daily cash boxes.

company accounting, HR, procurement, sales departments

Update the financial policies and procedures of the company complying with the lSO9001:2008.
•Overview the Accounting Ledger, Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash &Bank Reconciliations on a monthly basis.
•Monitoring the ageing of payables, receivables and controlling the invoicing process.
Overseeing procurement of goods and services using best method of Quality-price-payment mode criteria.
Preparing and submitting the Admin payroll.
•Prepare outlooks for forthcoming months and forecasts for the remainder of the year - Prepare monthly position of actual results against budget, analyze results, and recommend to needed action to meet budget.
•Leading Capex plan, business presentation to stakeholders.
•Being a team Leader for six members of direct reports.
•Being for a certain period a mystery shopper to assess the performance of the direct labor workforce.
Monitoring KPI and staff performance.
