Real Estate & Strategic Planning Responsibilities:
• Centralize communication & reporting for projects & real estate functions
• Improving Site Acquisition process, data collection and communication with business units by implementing number of digitalized initiatives.
• Support in centralizing communication with Business Licensing team on all projects / locations by improving the licensing processes & tools.
• Support in markets analysis by working on GIS & traffic analysis initiatives
• Leading automated dashboards and analytics (PowerBI) initiatives for Real Estate team.
• Market mapping for Kuwait, KSA, Qatar & Oman markets
• Develop and direct strategic & long-range goals of the Projects & Real estate functions especially on entering new markets or expand existing market presence
• Develop strategic plans & conduct research and data analysis to allocate resources appropriately and help maintain competitive advantage
• Monitor and analyze industry trends & research competition to construct the right analytical tools
• Assess sales metrics to measure the success of new sites / trading stores.
• Support in design upgrades in alignment with latest market trends and in coordination with mother brands
• Support in value engineering exercises, in alignment with brand needs
• Lead all Bulk tendering initiatives, as part of overall cost planning
• Streamlining & centralizing Real Estate & Projects management processes & tools across all markets
• Manage Real Estate & Projects communications / Reporting with hosting brand
F&B & Retail Projects Planning Responsibilities:
• Manage F&B and Retail projects’ workflows and maintain control on all project activities and plans right from starting a project plan up to handover to business, inside & outside of Kuwait
• Manage all projects orders and work on procurement plans and projects bulk ordering
• Maintain optimal level of project management within a required budget and a certain timeframe and ensure compliance to all standard project
• Aligning with Business units on project plans, and managing variations, in cost, time, & scope
• Manage project budget / cost trackers and oversee expenditures
• Work closely with real estate & business units to set the right annual / expansion plans
• Ensure adherence to brand specifications and alignment with business needs
• Develop planning tools for centralizing project budgets and costs
• Develop & manage project dashboards to report updates
Governance Responsibilities
• Overseeing the internal yearly process review within Facilities & Real Estate department
• Overseeing overall internal audit support process with Internal Audit Group
• Overseeing overall communications channels and RMC process with FC&R, RMC Team
• Managing continual improvements initiatives on departmental policies, procedures and guidelines and developing new procedures as required

Degree in
