 Primary client account manager for Samsung Electronics divisions including Home Appliances, IT, Customer Service, Enterprise Solutions and Corporate Relations
 Responsible for raising brand and product awareness by leading marketing campaigns targeted at a dynamic target audience  Handled marketing communications including ATL, BTL, Digital, CSR, Sponsorships, Road Shows, and Events across Middle East & North Africa  Responsibilities encompassed strategy, concept creation, project development and implementation  Liaised between the different departments to make sure deadlines were in agreement with clients’ expectations  Acted as the brand/client guardian to make sure work is delivered as per global standards and guidelines  Handled the management of Samsung’s full-fledged corporate campaigns such as GITEX, Dubai Shopping Festival, and Ramadan  Launched successful flagship products for Samsung IT and Home Appliance divisions  Handled periodical deliverables for the Customer Service department to increase foot-fall to Samsung service centers and engage in
Samsung’s new brand ideal  Supported the Enterprise Solutions department in creating awareness of Samsung offerings to different sectors such as healthcare, hospitality
and education  Initially joined Cheil in the New Business department as the main account handler for newly acquired clients such as DEWA (Dubai Electricity
and Water Authority), DED (Department of Economic Development)  Most challenging projects handled were WETEX (Water, Energy and Technology Exhibition), DGEF (Dubai Global Energy Forum) and WEF
(World Energy Forum).
