Handling the overtime process with concerned department and finance.
Coordinating with other departments on matters related to H.R. department.

Preparing the Increment/Promotion Letter
Ensure all employee files are updated with appropriate correspondence. E.g. Change of status, disciplinary letters, leave applications, etc.
Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems.
Preparing the Monthly Human Resources Report.
Preparing the Probation Report of new colleagues.
Coordinating with the Bank for opening salary account (Normal & Amil) for new colleagues.
Handling the Overtime & Casual Payment.
Preparing the month end memo for flat rentals.
Preparing the final settlement of colleagues who resign or are terminated.
Conduct Exit Interview
Coordinating with the Staff House Attendant for staff complaints and requirements.
Coordinating with the staff cafeteria attendant for proper functioning of the Staff Cafeteria.
Issuing of lockers for new team members.
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Coordinate and encourage sports and social activities on a regular basis
Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property.
Attending morning briefings to update on the daily HR activities.
