The Protection assistant (GBV) responsible for providing case management services to survivors of GBV,
including psychosocial support, referrals to appropriate services and follow-up. She will also work to raise awareness of GBV and available services and promote prevention strategies within targeted communities.
•Provide case management services in line with SOPs and procedures, including the interagency GBV case
management guidelines:
•Effectively use and comply with all the tools, forms and SOPs related to case management as communicated
by the Protection Manager/Team Leader,
• Operate in close alignment with referral pathways agreed at interagency level.
Provide emotional counseling and psychosocial support to survivors
• Coordinate closely with service providers to ensure survivors and individuals at risk of GBV are provided with
high quality service provision (including medical assistance, mental health support and material/ safety.
-Conducting interviews with families to examine suspected cases of autism disorders and learning difficulties.
- Documenting observations about cases of patients with autism and recording personal and behavioral details.
- Use the Wechsler intelligence scale for children's to measure and evaluate the severity of learning disorders and difficulties.
- Providing the necessary support and training to individuals who face difficulties in learning or social integration.
- Preparing and presenting lectures and awareness sessions for target groups about autistic disorders and learning difficulties.
- Preparing periodic reports to provide a comprehensive assessment of patients' conditions, treatment progress, and guidance based on the results.
- Collaborate with medical teams and other specialists to develop appropriate treatment and intervention plans.
- Identify the necessary resources and support to improve the quality of life for individuals with autistic disorders and learning difficulties.
- Listening to the needs of individuals and their families and ensuring that those needs are met effectively.
- Staying up to date with the latest research and developments in the field of autistic disorders and learning difficulties to implement best practices.
