I've been working for 5 years and 5 months. I started working in a sales as a Customer Service Assistant/ Cashier in the Philippine, years 2008 for 1 and half years. My role as CSA/ Cashier in my company in to greet and assist the customers. Responsible to the cash counter matters, received cash and complete credit card transactions from the customers. Handling all the incoming and outgoing stocks and do merchandising. After that, I decided to try hospitality industry to used what I finished. So, I work at Max's Restaurant for 2 years. I work there at first as receptionist. After 2 months, I was promoted as cashier and when I complete 6 months. They promoted me again as a regular employee and they transfer me to the marketing department. where I' am the one who's handling inquiries for events and reservations.Supervising events from decorations, set-ups, foods, even the whole program and party hosting. Also, I' am the representative of our branch to attend the roll out for the new products and promotions of the company. After 2 years at Max's I decided to work abroad, so now I'm still here in my company. Working at Camaieu Marina Mall Branch under Jawad Business Group as a Senior Sales Advisor. Where I do, cashiering, customer service, merchandising. receiving and transfer stocks. Doing admin. works like: sending emails, weekly and monthly reports. Lastly, merchandising the shop according the brand standards.
